Affidavit is filed by the respondent No. 2 that, the proposals of the schools for grant of approval to the appointment of teachers were sent to the Government through the concerned Divisional Deputy Director of Education with all the documents. The respondent No. 3 has submitted the list of candidates with their marks. However, there is no order from the Government. 2.

According to the petitioner, five persons were appointed including the petitioner. Four are granted approval. Only proposal with regard to the petitioner is kept pending.

In case the said proposal is pending with the respondent No. 1, the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The petitioner may represent in person or through her representative before the respondent No. 1. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
