Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied for correction in nomenclature of tribe certificate on 19.07.2019.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate received to her with the wrong nomenclature to the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad.

3.

On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with wrong nomenclature, the

2 wp 10840.19 Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct nomenclature, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks (04) thereafter. The petitioner shall also make an online application.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
