Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.576 of 2023 registered with Chalisgaon City Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 468, 411 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution has a case that the applicant was an employee of the company entrusted with the duty to load currency notes in the Bank ATM. However, he did not deposit the huge amount and misappropriated the same. When the fraud was discovered, the company was cheated for about Rs.65 Lakh. After the arrest, around Rs.20 Lakh were recovered from him and otheraccused. The investigation has been completed. There are no

920-BA-1520-24.odt antecedents to his discredit. He has roots at the place of his residence. The trial may take its time. It would be unjustifiable to keep the applicant behind bar. The applicant deserves bail. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

i) The bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Pravin Devidas Gurav be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
