The applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.76/2015 registered with Shiradhon Police Station, District Osmanabad, for offence punishable under Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 65(e) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. 3.

The first information report reflects that the applicant was involved in preparing illicit liquor with the help of chemicals which are harmful to the human body.

The first information report and the investigation papers further reflect that after raid, the investigating agency has seized illegally brewed liquor with non-permissible chemicals. 5.

The offence has a far reaching effect on the members of society. In view thereof, in my opinion, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. As such Criminal Application stands dismissed. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
