The learned Counsel submits that the petitioners are encroachers of the Gairan land. The petitioners have submitted proposal for regularization of the encroachment over Gairan land. The same is not decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 3.

The petitioners are three in number and the proposal placed on record submitted to the Collector appears on behalf of two petitioners. 4.

The petitioners may file a fresh comprehensive application with the concerned Collector. Upon receipt of the application, the office of the Collector shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with the procedure laid down and if required after hearing all the concern and

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
