The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are aspiring to take admissions in the ongoing medical post-graduation and under graduation admissions respectively. In fact, the time for the first cap round is already over. They are waiting the decision at the hands of the committee of their proposal. This Court by the order dated 08.09.2022 in Writ Petition No. 8734/2022 had directed the committee to pronounce the order by 15.10.2022. In spite of such direction of this Court, the committee has not been able to decide the proposal. It is however apparent that even the petitioners are to be blamed for the situation they are in. They could have easily approached this Court at some earlier point of time instead of moving this Court for the first time today complaining about the inaction on the part of the committee. 3.

We direct the respondent-committee to pronounce the final order by 11.08.2023.
