The petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee for validation of their Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe claims, even when by the judgment and order passed by this Court in the matter of petitioners' two real brothers - Abhijeet and Govardhan (Writ Petition No.10883/2023) dated 01.09.2023, holding them to be entitled to certificates of validity. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition, requesting the Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals as expeditiously as possible and particularly in the light of the fact that the petitioners' real brothers have been issued with certificates of validity pursuant to the order of this Court.
