The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since March 2020. The petitioner is exploring possibility of taking admission to the Second Year Engineering Course and the validity certificate is required to be submitted before 16.01.2021.

In case, if it is possible for the committee, the committee may
