The Petitioner is the Complainant of Crime No.I-21 of 2015 of Virgaon Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad. The Police registered offence under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code against three persons. The Complainant alleges that the Police did not investigate the case properly and ultimately did not file charge-sheet against Accused Ramrao. The Complainant possesses a copy of charge-sheet which is filed against other two Accused Kishor and Anjali. The Investigating Officer formed an opinion that after investigation he did not find any material against Accused Ramrao and therefore, he sent a final report under Section 169 against Ramrao. Now the case is pending only against other two
