Both the applications are filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No.0343/2018, registered with Newasa Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned advocate for applicant, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

These applications are filed in the year 2018. During course of hearing, it is transpired that charge-sheet is filed in the matter and charge is already framed against respondents/accused. The matter is kept on 24/01/2023 for evidence.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Application is, therefore, rejected.
