Mr. Raut, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, in case the petitioner has filed representations dated 05.01.2016 and 01.02.2016, the respondent No. 2 would take decision upon it on its own merits and within a period of three (03) months from today. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner may point out relevant Government Resolution to the respondent No. 2.
