The proposal seeking verification of the tribe claim of the petitioner is not accepted by the committee on the ground that sponsoring details are not given.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.

It is settled position of law that, the committee has to accept the proposal if it is submitted by a private individual. The individual can also submit proposal seeking verification of his tribe claim. 4.

In light of the above, we direct the committee to accept the proposal even if it is not through any college or employer, however, the petitioner's
