PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the State Government in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 6.4.2018. The husband of the petitioner, who was a farmer, met with suicidal death on account of financial distress. The claim of the applicant, seeking financial aid under the Policy of the Government has been turned down. Prima facie, we are of the opinion that financial assistance needs to be extended to family in distress. We, therefore, allow the application and direct the Registrar to pay the amount deposited in this Court to the applicant unconditionally. Place the petition for consideration 30.11.2018. ( MANGESH S.
