Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and upon instructions from respondent No. 2, who has to decide absorption of the petitioner filed by respondent No. 6 on 29.07.2023 and 31.07.2023, she submits that the said absorption will be decide within a period of six weeks. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.
