After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief to the applicant at this stage. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to revive the prayer after a period of six months if the charge is not framed within that time. The trial Court is requested to frame the charge at the earliest and proceed with the trial.
