The missing lady has been produced by police authorities. We do not want to discuss from where she has been brought, however, suffice it to say that she had voluntarily gone. Now, she wants to stay with husband - petitioner and petitioner is ready to take her for cohabitation. Both of them have given undertaking to behave properly with each other and they have given undertaking that they would look after the children properly. Undertakings are taken on record by marking Exh. 'U'. The missing lady is major and she wants to go with petitioner - husband. Under such circumstance, we dispose of the petition.
