1] The Compromise Purshis dated 25.2.2016 duly signed by the litigating sides and verified alongwith copies of Election Commission of India identity cards / Aadhar cards are placed on record. Copies of the cheques by which the payments are being made are also annexed to the compromise Purshis.

2] The Compromise Purshis with all the annexures (total 16 pages) is taken on record and marked as Exhibit

WP 7985/13 - 2 - X collectively for identification.

3] Learned Advocates for the petitioners and the L.Rs. of the deceased original appellant - respondent no.2 (2A to 2E) are present in the Court and are identified by the learned Advocates.

4] The learned Advocates for the petitioners and the respondent no.2 - L.Rs. jointly submit that this petition can be allowed in terms of the compromise Purshis (Exh.X) since the payments are being made to the L.Rs. as has been stated in paragraph no.2 (A,B and C). It is, therefore, jointly submitted that the cause of action is put to an end and the petition can be disposed of.

5] In the light of the joint statement made by the learned Advocates on instructions and Exhibit X - Compromise Purshis, this petition is allowed in terms of the Compromise Purshis.
