PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for respondents. Perused the applications for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing the appeal. The matter pertains to determination of market value of land under acquisition.

2] In view of the nature of subject matter and the reasons mentioned in the applications I do not find any impediment to condone the delay. Hence, the applications for condonation of delay stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). So called delay of 101 days caused for filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for registration appeal. On registration, list the matter for admission in the week commencing from 20th November, 2017.
