The Applicant, by way of these three Civil Applications, prays for condonation of 926, 533 and 534 days' delay in bringing the legal heirs of the sole Respondent, in the respective petitions, on record. The reasons in support of the prayers are set out in the Civil Applications.
*2* 912.ca.12298.13.group Mr.Barde, learned Advocate appearing for the legal heirs of the deceased Respondents, submits that the reasons cited are not satisfactory and therefore, costs may be imposed on the Applicant, which can be donated to the Advocate Association's Bar Library. In the light of the above and for the reasons cited in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Delay of 926, 533 and 534 days caused in filing the respective Civil Applications, is condoned, subject to the Applicant depositing costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in each of these applications (Rupees Six Thousand), with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today.
After the costs are deposited, the legal heirs of the deceased Respondents shall be brought on record in the respective Writ Petitions within a period of THREE WEEKS thereafter.
In the event of non compliance of this order, the same shall stand recalled and then the Civil Applications shall stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
