The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery certificate is issued in favour of the petitioners. Respondent no. 1 is taking steps for execution of the recovery certificate.

In case, the recovery certificate issued in favour of the petitioners is in force, then respondent no. 2 shall take steps to execute the same of course considering the propriety claims of secured creditors, encumbrances, charge, mortgage over the property of respondent no. 2. The

2 wp 5702.2021 petitioners may also demonstrate the properties of respondent no.2 that are free from encumbrances. The same shall be done expeditiously.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
