Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The challenge in this revision application is to the order dismissing the appeal preferred by the applicants herein against the order granting heirship certificate.

It needs no mention that, grant of heirship certificate ipso facto does not confer any right, title and interest in the immovable property of the deceased. The applicants herein may very well agitate their claim in a substantive suit. In the result, the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed.
