The application filed by petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is rejected. Appeal filed against the said order has been partly allowed. The petitioner is directed to approach the Sub Divisional Officer to get the correct tribe certificate with correct nominclature of the tribe.

According to petitioner, the petitioner has already the approached the concerned Sub Divisional Officer however, he has not issued the correct tribe certificate.

The petitioner shall file online application with the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. On receipt of the application, the Sub Divisional Officer shall issue correct tribe certificate to the petitioner, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
