The petitioner has been seeking a copies of the 7/12 extract and mutation entry No. 7023 dated 01.02.1983 with regard to Survey No.496 of Mouje Dhule, Tq. & Dist. Dhule. The Tahsildar Dhule has informed the Petitioner that the record is not found 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector, Dhule to issue appropriate orders to the Tahsildar Dhule for carrying out a detailed search for the said entries and tender a certified copy to the Petitioner, if the same is available, within 60 days from today.
