PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub Divisional Redressal Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 13th February, 2015, for redressal of his grievances. 2) If the petitioner tenders an application to the Sub Divisional Redressal Committee, the said Committee shall look into the grievances raised by the petitioner and issue necessary instructions as deemed necessary in accordance with law.

3) With directions, as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
