Directions issued by this Court on 20th April, 2016 that the reservation in respect of land survey No. 2/1B, at Mauje Mohadi, Taluka and District Dhule stands lapsed, appears to have been acted upon, which is clear from the communication dated 10th January, 2018 addressed by the Desk Officer, Urban Development Department and letter addressed by the Town Planner, Dhule, dated 22nd January, 2018 to the learned AGP. In both these communications, it is stated that in the present case, there is no need to issue notification under section 127 (2) of the MRTP Act and the Petitioner can develop his land, by obtaining

In the light of the above, the order is complied with and hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
