Civil Application has been filed in a disposed of Writ Petition for withdrawal of the amount which still continues to be in the custody of this Court. The learned advocate Mr. Dodya for the applicant submits that the amount was deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 12.03.2013 and subsequently the matter was amicably settled between the applicant and the Credit Co-Operative Society. ) was executed between the Chairman of the Society and the applicant specifically mentioning that the Society would not have any objection if the applicant withdraws the money. The Writ Petition itself has been disposed of by the order dated 20.04.2015. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Munde h/f Mr. Karpe learned advocate for the respondent No. 2/Credit Society submits that it has no objection. 3.
