The committee has returned the caste certificates of the petitioners on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. 2.
Mr. Phatale, the learned counsel submits that father of the petitioners has been issued with the caste certificate of 'Tadvi' on 5th January, 1992 by Executive Magistrate, Aurangabad. 3.
We have heard the learned A.G.Ps.

Considering the above, we pass the following order:
ORDER
I] The impugned orders are quashed and set aside. II] The matters are remitted back to the committee. III] The petitioners may produce before the committee the document of caste certificate being issued in favour of the father of the petitioners and the committee shall thereafter decide the same proceedings afresh expeditiously.
