Mr.A.S.Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present in the Court hall and he is not present online also. 2.

Seen the relief clause. A prayer was made in the petition in August, 2016, to issue directions that steps should be taken against some persons and to extern them from Aurangabad and adjoining Districts. The names of those persons are mentioned in paragraph No.7 of the petition, but they are not made party respondents.

It appears that there is personal dispute between the petitioner and those persons. Further the steps like starting proceedings for externment can be taken when there is urgency. As the matter was fled in August, 2016, this Court holds that the petition has become infructuous. Hence, the petition is disposed of.
