ORAL ORDER :

This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 4th October, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom, in L.A.R. No. 630/2019.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award in L.A.R. No. 630/2014 stands stayed till the final disposal of the appeal, on the condition of deposit of the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit, within a period of eight weeks from today.

In the event the applicant fails to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of eight weeks from today, the respondent - claimant shall be at liberty to execute the award. 5.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
