The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have made an application to the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad for issuance of corrected tribe certificates on 19.07.2019.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

The petitioners shall get the attested copies

2 wp 10861.19 of the original tribe certificates submitted to the committee. The petitioners shall also make online applications with the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. On receipt of the attested copies from the committee, the petitioners shall submit the attested copies of the tribe certificates with the incorrect nomenclature of the tribe to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall after verifying the said tribe certificates issue the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners with the correct nomenclature of the tribe within fifteen (15) days thereafter.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
