The learned counsel submits that the application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate was rejected. The petitioner filed an appeal against the same on 7th February, 2020. The same is not decided by the Scrutiny Committee.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.1, then respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within three months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 25th October, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
