The certificate of the petitioner being a Project Affected Person (PAP) granted in favour of the petitioner has been revoked by the very authority on the complaint made by respondent No.6. Record indicates that respondent No.6 made a complaint on 1.8.2024. On the very next date, without hearing the petitioner, the authority concerned canceled/ recalled the said certificate. As such, it is violation of principle of natural justice. We, therefore, set-aside the order impugned herein, with further direction to authority concerned to hear the rival claims, and then decide the matter on its own merits and even uninfluenced by this order within a period of four weeks

The petitioner and respondent No.6 shall appear before the authority concerned on 21st April 2025.

Ad-interim relief granted in this Writ Petition to continue till the authority concerned decide the petitioner's claim afresh and two weeks thereafter.
