The petitioner/original plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No.91/2004, has actually challenged the order dated 15/03/2017 passed by the Appellate Court by which, the delay of 15 days caused in filing Restoration Application No.101/2016 by the defendants, has been allowed. Regular Civil Suit No.175/2009 filed by the defendants was dismissed on 03/04/2013. 2.

In the alternative, the learned Advocate submits that this petition may be disposed of and the

982 WP NO 14659 of 2019.odt pending restoration application may be directed to be decided within six months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The learned Appellate Court shall decide the pending application for restoration filed by the original defendants, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30/06/2020.
