Mr. Gakwad, learned advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner did not produce occupancy/ ownership certifcate for grant of electricity connection. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had produced all the relevant documents, however, he will again produce the occupancy/ ownership certifcate.

In case, petitioner produces documents, then the respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner for grant of electricity connection within one month from the date of production of document i.e. occupancy/ownership certifcate.
