The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal to make the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) Code available to the petitioner School and also making the online and the off-line staff approval, to enable payment of the regular salaries of the employees, is pending with respondent No.2. He, therefore, prays for a direction that

11269.22wp (2) respondent No.2 should decide the pending proposal within a particular time frame.

The learned Government Pleader submits that, reasonable time may be granted and states that a period of three months would be appropriate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, by directing respondent No.2, to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner, if not already decided, on or before 28/02/2023 and a decision arrived at, be communicated to the petitioner, on or before 15/03/2023.
