The Petitioner's applications dated 06.07.2022 and 25.07.2022, in terms of Section 52 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 are pending with Respondent Nos.1 and 2, respectively. 3.

Since the District Collector is the ultimate Authority, we direct him to communicate to Respondent No.2, to decide the application of the Petitioner dated 06.07.2022, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 90 days.
