Leave to correct serial numbers of the respondents in the title clause. Correction be carried out forthwith. 2.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- B] By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions the respondent No.4 be directed to correct the strength of teaching employees as per the increase of students strength in view of the proposal dated 09th February, 2021 submitted by petitioner society and further be directed to release the salary of teaching employees and for that purpose necessary directions be issued.

11278.22wp (2) C] In the alternatively, the respondents be directed to decide and consider the proposal dated 09th February, 2021 submitted by petitioner society through headmaster of the school before the respondent No. 4 forthwith and for that purpose necessary directions be issued." 3.

It is submitted that respondent No.4 be directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner dated 09/02/2021. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.4, to decide the proposal dated 09/02/2021, tendered by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with it's Rules, Regulations and the Policies applicable. Needless to state, the verification exercise may be carried out. We expect the said exercise to be completed and a decision be arrived at, on or before 15/01/2023. 5.
