The petitioner has already instituted Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal challenging his transfer order. However, he has rushed to this Court only alleging that the Tribunal has not considered prayer for interim relief and that the petitioner has not been relieved.

Be that as it may, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in this petition for the simple reason that the Original Application challenging the transfer order is still pending before the Tribunal.

For the reasons aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
