Leave to correct prayer clause (B). Correction be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B] By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, the respondents, particularly, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 be directed to decide the proposal submitted by headmaster of the school dated 15th March, 2022 run by petitioner society for salary of employees working in the school and for that purpose necessary directions be issued."

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall decide the pending proposal of the petitioner, dated 15/03/2022, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 15/01/2023. Needless to state, the authorities are at liberty to consider the eligibility of the employees set out in the proposal and after verifying their entitlements, appropriate steps be initiated. 4.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on respondent Nos.4 and 5 by Speed Post A.D.
