Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

By way of this application, the applicants are claiming restoration of their Appeal from Order by setting aside order dated 11.08.2022 by condoning the delay of 356 days. Under the aforesaid order, the registration of their Appeal from Order has been refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be deposited with the Registry of this Court
