PER COURT :- It is not the case of the petitioner that his right to franchise has been taken away, however, his name has been shifted from one ward to another. According to the respondent the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in another ward is in consonance with the delimits of the wards which order has become final.

Keeping the option of the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law, at an appropriate stage open, the writ petition stands disposed of.
