The Petitioner is a senior citizen. His younger son has approached several revenue authorities with a representation dated 05.09.2022. According to the Petitioner, the said grievance has to be looked into by Respondent No.4.

The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.4 would deal with the said grievance by following due procedure laid down in law, within 120 days.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

None of the beneficiaries of compensation have been added as Respondent. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed by
