We are informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that this Court, vide order dated 4th May, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 2238 of 2016, was pleased to direct the respondentsauthorities to complete the process of calculating the amount of compensation, which is to be awarded to the petitioner, within three months.

On the other hand, the learned A.G.P., representing the State submits that the amount has been calculated and after necessary approval, it would be

cp715-2016 paid to the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P., we find that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court on 4th May, 2016. The Contempt Petition is, therefore, disposed of. [SANGITRAO S. PATIL] [V.M. KANADE] JUDGE JUDGE npj/cp715-2016
