Mr Yawalkar, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, a Committee is constituted under letter dated 14.11.2019 issued by the under Secretary State of Maharashtra to the Commissioner (Education). The said Committee would consider the representations of the candidates and take decision upon the said representations.

In light of that the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted in that regard and put forth his grievance by representation. The Committee shall take decision upon the said grievance expeditiously.
