It is submitted that the prayer is made in the Civil Application to appoint applicant No.1 to complete the admission process for the respective courses for the academic year 20192020. It is accepted by the Counsel for the applicants and nonapplicants that the last date for giving admission to the course in question was 30th August, 2019.

Unless the cut off date is extended by the concerned, it will not be possible to direct admission beyond cut off date. It would not

In case the applicants approach the authorities, the authorities may take a decision with regard to the cut off date on its own merits and if it is permissible.
