4) Considering the submissions in the applications, delay caused in filing the applications is condoned. Abatement, if any, stands set aside. Both the applications are allowed. The legal heirs of deceased appellant in both the matters as are mentioned in respective applications be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. . Both the civil applications stand disposed of.
