It is submitted that the prayer is made in the Civil Application to appoint applicant to complete the admission process for the respective courses for the academic year 2019- 2020. It is accepted by the Counsel for the applicant and non-applicants that the last date for giving admission to the course in question was 30th August, 2019.

Unless the cut off date is extended by the concerned, it will not be possible to direct admission beyond cut off date. It would not

2 922-CA-10176-2019 be appropriate. It is for the authorities to take a decision about the cut off date.

In case the applicant approaches the authorities, the authorities may take a decision with regard to the cut off date on its own merits and if it is permissible.
