This application is filed in transferred First Appeal No. 3024 of 2008 for transferring the amount of Rs. 8,75,000/- along with interest deposited by the applicant in this Court. 2.

It is informed that the amount is actually deposited in First Appeal No. 3023 of 2008, which was also filed by the applicant. First Appeal No. 3024 of 2008 and First Appeal No. 3023 of 2008, both were transferred to District Court Dhule due to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction.

By judgment and decree dated 14.10.2022, both the appeals are decided finally. The amount which is deposited in this Court with accrued interest remained to be transferred to

2 ca 11606.23 the District Court Dhule.

The civil application is allowed. The amount of Rs. 8,75,000/- along with accrued interest deposited in First Appeal No. 3023 of 2008 shall be transferred to District Court Dhule in First Appeal No. 125 of 2015 and First Appeal No. 126 of 2015. The civil application is disposed of.
