Heard rival submissions. In all these applications the respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amounts which have been deposited by the acquiring body. The learned counsel for the applicants relied on the order dtd. 21.08.2020 in other connected matters whereby the claimants /applicants therein were permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts to the extent of 70% of the deposited amount on

furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amount be kept in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank till disposal of these appeals.

Applications are accordingly disposed of.
