Learned counsel for the applicants-claimants submits that earlier, this Court by order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Civil Application No. 8378 of 2022, has permitted the applicants to withdraw 40% of the total deposited amount. He submits that, the present application is filed for seeking permission to withdraw the entire remaining amount, with accrued interest, on the ground of medical as well as educational expenses.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company opposes the application by submitting that already 40% of the total deposited amount is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 20% of the total deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
